I’ve been spectating events at OSW for years and it has never been as good as it is now. It has grown to be the center of drifting in Florida and continues to get better and better.
The skid pad is the main attraction because here in Florida everything is an oval, so it’s nice to get away from the standard oval track. The “Youtubers” didn’t seem to attract crowds around them in the pits like I would have expected. While I was taking detail shots of Caleb’s car, he actually asked me to give him a hand with his valve cover gasket because I was the only one standing by him.
There was a lot more high dollar angle kits than I was use to seeing at a grassroots fun event, it had been a while since the last time I was at OSW. The most popular appearing to be wisefab, which was kind of a shock to me. None the less I’m glad that the Florida drift scene has such an outlet as OSW to have these events and grow as a community, I hope that I can keep attending these events and providing content.

I love drifting, I love photography so why not combine the two. I can’t commit to build a car specifically to drift so getting in the action taking photos is the next best thing.
